Al Jazira Jewellery opened in Abu Dhabi's old souq (Souq Al Qadeem) in 1982, at a time when the jewellery shops in the city could be counted on one hand. We were among the first.
Our founder, an Emirati, still visits the branches in person and checks the counters himself — as he has for more than four decades.
Al Jazira is part of Al Awadhi Jewellery Group, which operates more than 33 branches across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, along with its own large manufacturing facility and a wholesale division serving customers in several countries.
Our main branch today is in the Gold Centre at Madinat Zayed (also known as the Madinat Zayed Gold Souq) on Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi (Shop No. 72-75).
